- Rotary International Director, Peter Kyle, delivered an elaborate historic overview on Rotary's role as a peacebuilding organisation
The 2020 theme for the United Nations International Day of Peace is “Shaping Peace Together”, celebrating the day by spreading compassion, kindness and hope in the face of the pandemic.
In response to this call to action, Rotary Action Group for Peace members of our local chapter (D3450) were invited to attend a virtual forum with members of the Southeast Columbus Ohio, USA chapter (D6690) to learn more about or reflect on Rotary club’s peace journey. Rotary International Director, Peter Kyle, delivered an elaborate historic overview on Rotary’s role as a peacebuilding organisation.
