What's It About
Peace School is a programme that links schools with a common goal to nurture positive value and build peace in the minds of young people.
Peace School is a recognition to schools for their positive peacebuilding effort. It is an initiative that encourages schools to engage in activities that support peace education and use peace as a cross-curricular theme, promoting positive ethos, based on cooperation, respect for difference and problem solving.

In the new 2023-24 programme, we proudly present learning activities to enhance peace education (such as Peace Camp, Mediation, SDGs and Music for Peace) by our programme partners as options. They are Ocean Park, THEi, Parsons Music, Preface, Rotary District 3450 and Clubs. With our partners, and with the schools’ own Peace School activities, we believe it will be an even more fruitful and exciting year.

Global Citizenship & the Future of Humanity Seminar cum 2023 - 2024 Peace School Programme Kickoff highlights
Global Citizenship & Futures of Humanity seminar cum 2023-2024 Peace School Programme Kickoff took place successfully on December 22nd 2023 at the Ocean Park.
Peace School 2022-2023
2022-23 Peace School Programme Launch cum Peace Schools for SDGs Seminar was successfully held on 11 November, 2022 at Applause Pavilion, Ocean Park. The Lead Organisations include GPC, Rotary Action Group For Peace (RAGFP) Hong Kong & Macao Chapter as well as Rotary District 3450.
The theme of the opening ceremony is “Peace School X ‘SDGs’: Nurturing ‘Peace’ and ‘Sustainable Development’ Culture”.
In addition, we are delighted to have the support from Ms. Vivian Kong, 2022 Asian épée fencing champion. Vivian will be the Ambassador for Peace School Programme.
