The Peace School Programme Award Ceremony cum UN SDGs Roundtable was held on 16 June at the exhibition hall, THEi, recognizing the efforts of schools that had participated in the Peace School Programme. It began with a Fireside chat with Rotary leaders and journalist Susanna Chiu-Yung Cheung, followed by keynote speeches by Ms Helen Or of Explorer Futures Lab, Dr Albert Cheuk of THEi, and Mr Tommie Lo of Preface. After the award ceremony, there was a roundtable discussion on SDGs goals and future mindset in the 2023-24 programme. The Peace School Programme participants drew inspiration from all the sessions and shared their insights.
It was an inspiring event that recognized the efforts of participating schools last year and provided a platform for dialogue and collaboration on advocating peace and sustainable development.
